We prepare and advise businesses from sole-proprietors and partnerships, to LLCs and C and S-corporations. We understand that small business is family business, which means a direct impact on the personal returns of the owners of the company. We provide reasonable fees with white glove service.

Our personal tax returns start at $125 and includes free eFiling. In order to better serve you and understand the complexity of your return it's best that we discuss your current situation and review your return from the prior year in order to ensure an accurate quote. Our initial consultation and review is complementary.

When was the last time you reconciled your bank statement? Keeping your bank account, accounting and taxes up to date and reviewing them each month allow us to identify missing checks, deposits or unauthorized transactions. It also allows us to detect and prevent unjustified charges and ensures all transactions are posted correctly and categorized. We also provide Monthly Financial Reporting and Operating Statements. We offer simplified montly reports and statements to provide a quick and accurate picture of your business.
Incorporate your business
Assisting you with incorporating your business from the start will insure you get off on the right foot and legal protection. We provide business formation assistance including EIN registration, filing all legal documents and opening tax accounts for LLCs, Corporations and Partnerships. We can also register your trade name. Our typical fee is $450.
QuickBooks setup and training and ongoing bookkeeping
Many of our clients hire us to setup their books or recreate their books after the company has been operating for some time. However, many more clients prefer to handle the bookkeeping function themselves and have us review the books quarterly. We recommend the #1 small business accounting software to handle the complex function of bookkeeping. We also teach our clients how to use the software. Our initial QuickBooks setup and training typically last three hours and is billed at $60 per hour.
